Shipping 
www.mermaidwavess.com accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders are shipped from our many locations via USPS. Mermaid Wavess ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS.

Shipping Issues

Mermaidwavess is not responsible for items misplaced or lost by third parties. All our orders are insured for a minimum of $50 if lost or stolen by third parties or shipping carriers. Mermaidwavess offers the option to ensure your entire purchase at an additional fee. If you fail to choose this option before placing an order with us, Mermaidwavess will not be held responsible for any damages, lost or stolen item handled by third parties. Processing Time
Due to the custom nature of our products, our processing time are only an approximate timeframe of when your products will be shipped. Under certain conditions, the processing time indicated on each product might vary. 
Shipping Time
All our orders usually ships with USPS for USA and Canada Shipping times are usually 3 to 4 business days for orders within the US and Canada.
Please keep in mind that shipping time and processing time are NOT the same. To have an idea of when you will receive your item, add processing time and shipping time.  Mermaidwavess is NOT responsible for third parties delays.

1. General 
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not 
be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would 
prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs 
Shipping costs vary and will be calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

At times we will offer promotional Free Worldwide standard & International shipping. You do have the option to purchase expedited shipping which will be calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order.

3 Return Due To Change Of Mind

 Mermaid Wavess will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. (Mermaid Wavess) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

4 Transit Time Domestically

We offer Domestic Shipping which does not include free returns. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with the tracking information. If you need your sunglasses to arrive sooner, a faster shipping method is available at checkout.

At our discretion Mermaid Wavess will offer promotional Free Domestic Shipping.

Mermaid Wavess is not responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. that can alter the date of delivery.

4b Transit Time Internationally

We offer International Shipping which does not include free returns. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with the tracking information. If you need your wigs and/or bundles to arrive sooner, a faster shipping method is available at checkout. Shipping costs vary and will be calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. 

At our discretion Mermaid Wavess will offer promotional Free International Shipping during the checkout process.

Mermaid Wavess is not responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. that can alter the date of delivery.

First Class international orders are in transit for 7 – 22 days.

DHL Express Worldwide 3-7 days

USPS Priority Mail Express international 3-10 days

 

4c Dispatch Time 

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except 
on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4d Change Of Delivery Address 
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4e P.O. Box Shipping 
The Ever Collection will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

4f Military Address Shipping 
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

4g Items Out Of Stock 
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

4h Delivery Time Exceeded 
If delivery time has exceeded the recommended time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications 
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made 
available by the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit 
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

7 Sales Tax 
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

7b Import Duties & Taxes 
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Mermaid Wavess encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Mermaid Wavess at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

8. Cancellations 
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an 
order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

9. Insurance 
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

9b Process for parcel damaged in-transit 
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

9c Process for parcel lost in-transit 
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

– If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing you must report the lost to us within 2 weeks of placing your order (domestic shipments) or 4 weeks of placing your order (international shipments). Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available. 
– We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.

International Shipping

Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items. Duty fee will not be refunded on any type of returns. For more information, please contact your local customs office.


USPS’S local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.

Track Package 
International orders are shipped via USPS and will be delivered by local post or its affiliates. When your order ships from our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at usps.com.

Refuse Package 
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:

Original and return shipping costs. 
Duties, taxes and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments. 
The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Restriction 
Orders shipping to international addresses have a maximum merchandise sub-total purchase amount limit of $1000 or maximum purchase items limit of 20 items per order, whichever comes first.

General 
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
